Zen Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians (energy channels) and qi/chi (life force). Applying fists, elbows, feet, knees, thumbs and palms it assists in reestablishing a balanced flow of qi throughout the body. Working in harmony with the breath, we follow it to a deeper state of peace.
